PureWick Nunchucks

The whole “build”

There isn’t much of one. A PureWick is designed from the factory to plug into suction tubing — that’s its entire job — so making a pair of nunchucks was just putting a PureWick on each end of a short length of tubing and letting the existing connectors do what they’re built to do. No tools, no modification, no cutting anything to size. The hardest part was deciding to actually do it.

Where it landed

The hospital was throwing these out regardless. Now they’re a pair of nunchucks, and one more example of this site’s running theme — I really don’t like watching good scrap go in the trash.
