Project History
Everything, across every category, newest first.
Snack Cart POS
A self-contained ESP32-S3 point-of-sale terminal for a workplace snack cart — badge and barcode scanning, a SQLite ledger, and a WiFi admin dashboard, all running trust-based on a single device.

Tampon Ghost
A tiny Halloween decoration made from a single tampon, two googly eyes, and a dab of hot glue.

Cutting Boards
A batch of simple hardwood cutting boards built from spare shop stock — walnut, cherry, hard maple, and bloodwood — made as holiday gifts.

ICU Christmas Ornaments
Laser-cut wood ornaments and hand-poured epoxy gingerbread men made as a small holiday thank-you for MICU staff — delivered in a joke "gift shop" box.

Clay Snow Globe Ornament
A tiny ship-in-a-bottle style winter scene — 3D-printed trees and a hand-sculpted air-dry clay snowman — built inside a clear glass ornament globe.

LED Pumpkins
Fifty 3D-printed, ATtiny10-powered jack-o'-lanterns for work — a crash course in SMD soldering, KiCad, Blender, and firmware, with the mistakes left in the code on purpose.

LED Floating Shelf
A wraparound floating shelf for a kids' Star Wars-themed bedroom, with LED strips hidden top and bottom and hex acoustic tiles added just for the spaceship look.

Mahogany Jewelry Box
A heavy mahogany jewelry box built as a gift, with a lift-out box-jointed tray, a cedar bracket for a bit of fresh smell, and a misaligned miter turned into a design feature.

Paint Rack
A wall-mounted Baltic birch and walnut paint rack, built after a hobby paint collection outgrew the desk holder that used to hold it.

First Box
My first real attempt at fine woodworking — a canarywood keepsake box with a velvet-lined interior and brass hardware, mistakes left visible on purpose.

Dog Leash Shelf
A walnut collage shelf for the dogs — leash hooks, a treat shelf, and a spot for a wall's worth of dog photos.

PureWick Nunchucks
A pair of nunchucks improvised from discarded PureWick external urine-collection devices — made because the hospital was throwing them out anyway, and the internet had opinions.
